The service
MoraDirect is a calculation and formatting tool. You enter the details of your overdue invoices; the service computes the statutory default interest and the fixed recovery fee and produces the document you requested as a PDF (a demand letter, a payment reminder, or a European Payment Order application / Form A). You pay once per document; there is no account and no subscription.
Not legal advice
The figures shown are EU-harmonised minimums under Directive 2011/7/EU, as transposed into the applicable national law. They are a calculation, not legal advice, and do not establish or confirm any obligation of the debtor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for deciding how to use the resulting document. For advice on a specific matter, consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ML Upskill Agents UG accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of the calculation or the generated document, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Payment
Payment is handled by Creem as merchant of record. The price shown at checkout is authoritative.
